What you’ll do?

  • create and execute annual retail channel plan in strong cooperation with East, West and Central marketing coordinators;

  • transform the learnings from market data, customer and consumer insights into world-class activations and in-store communication;

  • plan, control and follow up channel specific customer marketing budget;

  • evaluate promotions before and after execution in cooperation with the category team;

  • deliver our customer marketing solutions into key customers and channels via direct strategic customer contacts;

  • drive customer and event specific product or package creation;

  • develop shopper activations, point of sales (POS) material designs and drive our in-store appearance based on brand identity;

  • active collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders (sales, category, marketing, controlling and procurement department);

  • lead and develop a junior customer marketing manager colleague to deliver exceptional results.

You need us, if you…:

  • have bachelor’s degree preferably in economics;

  • gained min. 3 years experience in the field of customer marketing / key account management / brand marketing (experience within FMCG & beer market is a notable advantage);

  • are advanced user of Excel and Power Point;

  • have excellent command in Hungarian and English;

  • are able to work independently;

  • know how to manage costs and budget precisely and effectively;

  • can coordinate complex projects and drive business results;

  • able to engage and influence others with your ideas and proposals;

  • can understand easily trends and data within beer market & track the needs of our customers;

  • have driving license (company car is given in the position).
