What you’ll do:

Acts as a link between IT and end users, supports as a process analyst in the further development, maintenance and stabilization of systems in the areas of CRM, CPQ and MS PowerBi:

  • Supporting the transition from Siebel CRM to SalesForce

  • Mapping of the valid organizational and reporting structure in the system used (CRM/CPQ)

  • Ensuring and optimizing qualitatively flawless customer master data in the subsystems (CRM/CPQ)

  • Responsible for the mapping of sales and marketing processes in the CRM system and their further development (interface to IT/process analysis)

  • Acting as a point of contact for end-user issues to modify sales and marketing processes

  • Carrying out system tests and UATs to ensure a stable process flow (CRM/CPQ)

  • Analyzing and solving incidents and problems at application level

  • Operational operation of the CRM/CPQ applications (2nd/3rd level support)

  • Solving faults and problems and implementing workarounds

  • Analysis of existing PowerBi dashboards and modification/creation of operational versions from existing data sources

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts Business Administration

Skills:

  • Basic concept of an CRM System

  • MS Office365 application

  • SAP R3 basics

  • Fluent speaking in German language

  • Process and analytical understanding
