Ensuring Chart’s Success…

The main purpose is to coordinate Howden SSC’s automation and reporting initiatives. Strong focus on overseeing the timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. Ownership of the report maintenance, understanding of the technical basis of the reports, as well as a fundamental understanding of underlying processes are expected. Lead projects focusing on process automation, transparency and standardization. Support junior colleagues with participating in projects. The role in the projects typically involves consulting with process owners, developing automations solutions, implementing them, and stakeholder management. Carrying out the projects require expertise and significant knowledge of VBA, MSSQL, and Power Platform tools. Understanding financial processes and ERP functions is expected for successful project outcomes

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Owner of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting process

  • Owner of supporting SSC teams with daily/weekly/monthly reporting activities

  • Support implementation of additional KPIs as required

  • Support team members with coaching, training and knowledge sharing

  • Support Team Leaders in projects, regular and ad-hoc requests

  • Owner of process documentation maintenance and regular reviews

  • Implement improvements to existing reports and processes into a Power BI environment

  • Ensure that financial controls are complaint with SOX and company policies

Your Education Should Be…

  • University or college degree

  • Significant, solid knowledge of finance processes

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Fluency in English

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Experience and understanding of major ERP systems

  • Experience with using two or more of the following: VBA, MSSQL, Power Platform tools

  • Experience with PowerBI reporting and data structures
