REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 05/25/2024-07/25/2024. Must agree to work Mon & Fri, 11 hours per day, Tues, Wed and Thurs, 10 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 1 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Measure and complete layout of livestock building and or poultry building. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixer. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery or equipment. Position and dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools. Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement. Position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall section or pipes. Tie rebar, position aluminum wall-forms, and place all concrete. Clean job site. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. One month of aluminum wall-form setting experience required. Please see ETA 790 Addendum for additional detail/specifics.
