Position Description

Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and expand market share for SEFPRO C are and expendables product lines in North America.

· Regular customer visits to assess customer needs and enquire about their projects

· Promote SEFPRO Care & Expendables solutions in coordination with marketing and R&D teams

· Prepare and present pricing policy to sales director to lead commercial discussions with customers in the best conditions

· Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions (both technical and legal)

· In permanent contact with the various internal departments, ensure timely and qualitative processing and delivery of customer order

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients, installation and industry partners

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of business objectives and effective execution of sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

Ability to convince and influence both externally and internally

Must be able to effectively handle negotiations with customers

Resilience and persistance

Principles and theories of Material Engineering with a focus on Ceramic Materials or Glass

Must be able to master digital tools (Salesforce, BI, …)

Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.

Additional Description

Bachelor's Degree

Material Engineering, or related field.
