As a Technical Support Engineering you will be providing technical support to customers, partners, field engineers, and other product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. you will work with customers to review and resolve issues. Perform troubleshooting and related analyses; escalates issues as appropriate or serves as the escalation point for highly complex issues. Collaborate on cross-team issues and provides feedback to improve products, resolve bugs, and automate processes. Participate in ongoing training and readiness programs.

Responsibilities

Start Date: September 2024

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Type of Employment: Full-Time

  • You review issues and contact customers to understand their problems, ensuring they are informed about the status and solution of their issue.

  • You resolve or escalate multiple and varied customer issues, analyzing problems and developing solutions to meet customer needs using log analysis and other proprietary tools.

  • You collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues, working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer problems.

  • You attend readiness trainings and non-technical trainings to become proficient in support topics and provide feedback to improve products to more senior engineers or technical advisors.

  • You identify potential defects and escalate them to more senior engineers to resolve, using automated tools to deliver solutions for a wide range of issues. You follow processes provided by the business and attend case triage meetings and/or case discussions to collaborate and share ideas for problem resolution.

Qualifications

M inimum Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this role you must complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field before the start date (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated)

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • You must be legally authorised to work in Romania to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or full work permit).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Technology Certifications.

  • 1+ years in system development, network operations, software support, IT, technical support, technical consulting experience
