Accenture Recruiting Senior Analyst in Bucharest, Romania

  • Managing full cycle recruitment in specific fields (HR, F&A, Procurement, Client experience etc.) from capturing& validating the demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks to pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners ;

  • Influencing and guiding hiring leaders to leverage the best practices in hiring;

  • Partnering closely with Business Leads and HR, Compensation, Employer Branding colleagues to facilitate a holistic approach to demand/supply challenges;

  • Hunting, farming and engaging with unique and/ or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques;

  • Providing a seamless, uniform, “just like you would want it” candidate experience;

  • Driving employment offers discussions by partnering with hiring managers and working cross functionally with HR and Compensation teams;

  • Actively participating in either awareness or sourcing events and project a realistic image of BPS organization to the external market;

  • Providing pipeline updates, ideally proactively, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.

  • Passion for recruitment developed while tasting it within 3 years as recruiter experience , in house or within a recruiting agency;

  • Ability to learn, flex, adapt and stay curious;

  • Thorough knowledge of local talent landscape as well as market trends;

  • Ability to build credibility with candidates, stakeholders and peers;

  • Analytic, data driven and independent;

  • Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative;

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
