ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Qlik applications. Design and develop complex QlikSense applications, including data models, ETL processes, and interactive dashboards. Optimize data load processes, scripting, and data transformations to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. Implement effective data visualization techniques, set analysis, and expressions to provide actionable insights to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and dashboard responsiveness problems. Adhere to best practices and coding standards. Contribute to the documentation of Qlik applications, data models, and development processes. Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance Qlik development efficiency and effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant technical field. Additional training and/or certification in relevant technologies encouraged. 3-6 years overall Qlik experience with minimum of 2-3 years QlikSense experience developing dashboards, reports, data extractors, etc. Experience working with Qlik extensions and web connectors; SAP connector experience and QlikView exposure a plus. Experience with SAP BW or other SAP BI tools a plus. Experience in a Utilities industry environment is a plus. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with a team or individually. Capability to adapt to changing environment. Ability to learn new systems / tools as required.
