Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $750000 / Year

What you'll be doing as a Plant Superintendent:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Schedule and supervise routine equipment inspections and maintenance to identify and address potential issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and engineering, to optimize overall company performance.

  • Communicate effectively with upper management on plant performance and strategic initiatives.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift - Day

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field highly desirable, experience in a similar role will be considered.

  • Proven experience as a Plant Superintendent or in a similar leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of chemical compounding processes and safety protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of pigment grinding processes and safety protocols

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to make informed databased decisions quickly and efficiently.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental health and safety standards

  • Not required but is a plus: Lean Six Sigma experience / Experience with SAP ERP system

  • Background check required
