Description

ICF Next creates and implements communication campaigns and services for European institutions. We ensure that the messages of the key EU policies reach the citizens and stakeholders. If you’re an experienced communication expert who wants their work to make a difference, this is an offer for you.

ICF Next is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join the Client Relations Department. S/he will manage the development and implementation of large EU 360° communication campaigns, projects and services. In this role, you will ensure good co-operation between team members, experts teams and partners. You will orchestrate the campaign strategic preparations, production and roll-out, ensuring it reaches the goals of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring implementation of communication campaigns in line with the creative concept, KPIs and timeline

  • Ensuring high quality work

  • developing together with the expert teams high quality communication services

  • meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince2 processes are applied and followed, implementing workflows and looking into creative solutions to unblock issues

  • Ensuring the correct financial management of the Campaigns and projects – regular reportings

  • Encouraging team spirit , promoting professionalism and positive attitude

  • Supervising and coaching the Campaign and Project team by providing regular feedback, guidance, and support.

Competencies / Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in communication sector

  • Passion for delivery of impactful and qualitative campaigns

  • Excellent managerial skills and team oriented focus

  • Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on own initiative, “can do” attitude.

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational and planning skills

  • Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptability

  • Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.

  • Min. 5 years in Project management/ Account management background

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
