Position Summary

As a Pricing & Packaging Optimizer Intern, you will join the Master Data & Pricing Team & be responsible for supporting the team in pricing setups and packaging declarations activities. This will include conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization and developing recommendations to enhance pricing and packaging setups.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely management of pricing setups and packaging declarations.

  2. Processing and validating price setup requests from all price owners and maintaining pricing conditions, rebates, and provisions in SAP.

  3. Creating packaging declarations based on material and weight of the packaging, and effectively communicating them to the packaging partners.

  4. Analyzing pricing and packaging data, tools, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  5. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of pricing and packaging processes and tools.

  6. Assisting in the development of pricing and packaging training materials.

In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined in this job description, the role may also involve working on other master data-related tasks, such as GS1 activities. This includes ensuring that relevant product information is readily available for our customers, delivered in a timely manner, and meeting the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate for this internship should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, affinity for digital technology and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, he/she should have a basic understanding of pricing and packaging declarations processes and be comfortable working with data and analytics tools.

Additionally, :

  • You are responsible flexible & dynamic.

  • You have affinity with Microsoft tools and software’s like Sharepoint, PowerApp and PowerBI.

  • Bilingual French or Dutch and English is a must.
