Bank Of Colorado Asst Branch Operations Manager II in Brush, Colorado

Oversees day-to-day operations for the branch and assist operations manager of the location. Assists with supervising the daily activities of the retail branch personnel.

Prefer 4-5 years related banking experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1.Assists Operations, including making sure bank policy and procedures are followed. 2.May perform personal banking duties including: advising customers of all bank services, opening new accounts, and teller functions. 3.Assists with supervising employees to meet branch goals including obtaining fee include and meeting budget. This is accomplished by assigning work, taking actions to ensure quality work for customers, scheduling, conducting performance reviews, recommending salary actions, and providing training for staff. 4.Promotes bank services. Participates in various professional and personal activities within the community. 5.Performs customer service related duties such as answering telephone inquiries, closing accounts, ordering checks and ensuring appropriate levels of customer service. 6.Assists with compliance of branch with bank policies and guidelines. 7.Review reports, audit board and NSFs. 8.Assist with budget preparation. 9.Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance. 10.Performs any other duties/projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES: Full knowledge of banking products offered, taking a personal initiative to stay updated on any changes. Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures. Knowledge and expertise in all deposit account products and services. Knowledge of bank operations. Knowledge and work experience that demonstrates effective abilities to supervise the department. Skill in communicating with clients and co-workers in courteous and professional manner. Skill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copier Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to train employees. Ability to ensure that appropriate efficiency, accuracy, and customer service is provided to customers to ensure that the bank's goals of meeting the customers needs is being met. Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ability to function as a team player.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent.
