Job Requirements:

  • Serves existing and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing and repairing forklift trucks

  • Conducting tests and resolving problems

  • Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts and completing installations

  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions and suggesting improved methods and techniques

  • Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling in repairs

  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and logs

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines (Gas, LPG and Diesel)

  • Basic understanding of electricity and hydraulics

  • Equipment Maintenance

  • Analyzing information

  • Requires a valid driver’s license

  • Must have a clear motor vehicle report

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
