Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an outdoor Player Services Attendant for the golf course at the beautiful Interlocken Resort & Spa!

Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa is seeking Player Services Attendants to join our outstanding golf team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Golf and Golf Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to the outside services team, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for giving the highest level of guest service while maintaining the quality of our daily golf operation. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you love the game of golf, we would love to speak with you about this role. Salary range for this position (based on experience): $15.00/hour plus tips. Seasonal Associates may be eligible for select benefits based on number of hours worked. Responsibilities

Enthusiastic greeting of every guest. Performs the duties of greeting, starting, marshaling, club cleaning, picking range balls from the practice facility, and transferring clubs to various locations. Execute proper opening and closing procedures of outside facilities. Assist the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments. Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards. Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guest's golf clubs and rental clubs. Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility.

Qualifications

Must play golf and have working knowledge of the game. Previous experience working on a golf course or country club environment is preferred. Must be able to lift 60 pounds of golf clubs/buckets of practice balls. Must be able to operate a golf cart. Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our members and players. Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment and being exposed to the elements. Must be able to work through the season ranging from April to S ptember.
