SCL Health Epic Application Analyst in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Description:Ideal candidates will be Epic certified in Care Everywhere and or EpicCare Link and or Identity and or HIM and or Hospital Coding and or HIM. Evaluates, designs, tests, implements, upgrades, supports and maintains assigned applications.

Analyzes and documents user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Reviews system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

Documents workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.

Develops, documents and revises system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.

Expands or modifies system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Coordinates and links the application within an organization to increase compatibility for information sharing.

Reviews and analyzes the system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors. Escalates problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinates projects, schedules and facilitates meetings as necessary to complete assignments.

Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Business Administration or Health Administration.

OnBase administrator certification or ITIL certification

Five (5) years of experience in Information Management systems, systems analysis, project management and management of operations and complex projects.

Epic Certifications,Care Everywhere and or EpicCare Link and or Identity and or HIM and or Hospital Coding and or HIM. Experience
