Description Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse AssociateLocation: Brooklyn Park, MN2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00-9:30 pmPay: Starting at $21/hr + $1 shift differential As a Warehouse Associate, you will fulfill daily customer orders within the assigned area of the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment. This position will be required to proficiently perform at least one or more distribution-related activity (e.g. receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, shipping,) on a regular basis. What you will do as a Warehouse Associate: Receiving Unloads trucks Verifies parts Receives incoming freight via computer system Stocking: Verifies product and quantity going into stock Puts product in correct location utilizing FIFO Accurately marks overstock and main locations Order Filling: Prioritizes orders to be filled Fills orders verifying product and quantities are correct Routes orders to appropriate shipping or processing area Packaging: Verifies product to be packaged is correct Packages product in appropriate quantities and containers Labels bags/boxes Shipping: Verifies product matches order to ship Packages order to prevent damage during shipment Ships order using appropriate shipping lines Loads trucks Other duties as assigned What you need to be a Warehouse Associate: High School Diploma/GED Required Ability to lift 30-50lbs on a regular basis and up to 80lbs on occasion.
