ENGAGE TECHNOLOGIES Receiving and Shipping Clerk in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

SUMMARY Assist in receiving and shipping parts and equipment on a timely basis. Maintain accuracy of inventory to reflect parts being received and shipped. Help in production area as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving: Receive incoming shipments of materials ensuring accuracy of product and amount. Verify correctness of shipments against packing slip. Assign GRN (tracking number) in ERP system (SYSPRO) to goods received. Put parts away in the designated bins and storage areas. Forklift use required for larger shipments/product. Shipping/Production Primary backup to shipper. Assisting with preparation of packages, palletized freight, and accompanying paperwork. Receive/ship product between two different Engage facilities, requiring occasional travel between Brooklyn Park and Rogers locations. Assisting in the assembly and packaging for shipment of products. Assembly requirements may change frequently relative to demand. Miscellaneous: Work safely. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Access various computerized business and shipping systems to perform routine inventory and shipping transactions. Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Assist with cycle count functions. Assist in hardware assembly. Other duties as assigned.
