Voyage Healthcare Patient Financial Services Representative in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota
We are seeking a full time Patient Financial Services Representative to work at our corporate office in Brooklyn Park. The Patient Financial Services Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of patient collections in a timely manner. This is a hybrid position that will require one day in office after successful completion of the training period. The schedule is Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: Works accounts receivable aging reports by patient balance. Answering patient telephone calls and assisting patients in resolving questions about their claims and statements. Acts as a primary internal contact for questions related to patient balances. Sets up payment plans with patients and maintains arrangements within computer billing system. Contacts patients regarding late payments and takes appropriate action.
