Voyage Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Specialist Float to join our team! This position will float to our Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo and Plymouth locations. The Medical Records Specialist Float will be responsible for supporting all clinic locations and will be scheduled to travel based on staffing and work volume. Responsibilities: Responsible for health information maintenance and electronic chart maintenance (eClinicalWorks) Maintain an electronic medical record chart that is current, detailed and that permits effective and confidential patient care Answer multi-line phone for medical records department Sorts correspondence/reports and sends to providers, preps, and tracks medical forms and copies/faxes correspondence as requested Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards Performs other related duties as assigned
