NADAP Supervisor of Data Reporting and Administration in Brooklyn, New York

Overview

The Supervisor of Data Reporting and Administration collects and analyzes data and reports from multiple sources. This position conducts on-going quality assurance of program data and reviews, develops and amends processes for effective reporting. This position also oversees the administrative support functions for the CareerCompass Program including DTS (daily attendance tracking) and assists with initial training of new staff on all program systems and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administrative support staff and reception (front desk). Conducts regular meetings to review performance and provide feedback. Motivates staff.

  • Conducts the collection, analysis and distribution of Career Compass reporting, data and milestone management. Helps to measure program performance and goal attainment

  • Seeks out and acquires data sources and helps brainstorm strategies on optimizing efficiency using programmatic data. Establishes program queries and present their findings to staff.

  • Submits statistical reporting to staff, Supervisors, Senior Management in preparation for funders report distribution.

  • Creates dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight trends and collaborates with the management team on prioritizing business needs based on program information.Identify trends, develop and implement new systems to improve CareerCompass operations and reporting functions.

  • Evaluate and research all aggregate milestones claims for accuracy and review any discrepancies. Communicates findings to the Assistant Director and Director.

  • Hire, and train administrative staff to assure all functions run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 3 years

Bilingual is a plus.

Works with web-based systems and databases.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy.

Working in an automated on-line system, demonstrates proficiency in use of applied information technology and on-line database systems; demonstrated keyboarding speed proficiency and accuracy preferred for a paperless case management system.

Salary: $65,000/year

Working full time on site in the Brooklyn office.
