A global leader in power and transmission solutions for professional Security, Surveillance, Access Control and Fire applications seeks a Shipping Employee.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Assemble packaging materials, pick and packing orders as needed. - Loading and unloading trucks, operating lift truck and maintaining receiving dock. - Identify and read vendor packing slips, carrier shipping documents and labels and compare to purchase orders to ensure accuracy. - Other duties as assigned deemed necessary by management.

Physical Requirements: - Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items. Frequently requires the ability to lift and move heavy (up to 75 lbs.) and bulky items without assistance. - Walking and standing for long periods of time.

Additional Information: We offer a full benefits package. Rate of Pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period to a rate of $17.00-$17.75 per hour. Annual performance- based increases are also available. Status: Full-time/regular (40 hours per week)/Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
