The Site Manager of our clinics will be responsible for all of the staff and operations within their assigned location(s). Most Site Managers are responsible for two locations. Overview Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Site Manager will be responsible for all the staff and operations within their assigned location(s). Most Site Managers are responsible for two locations. Work closely with the other Mobile Health Site Managers to ensure that all sites are properly staffed and operating smoothly Essential Functions:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Direct managerial responsibility of a staff including receptionists, matrons, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses and clinicians (PA’s and NP’s)

Coordination and management of staff schedules

Monitor employee annual accruals and PTO

Conduct annual performance appraisals and issue disciplinary actions as needed

Resolution of all patient and client concerns that occur at the facility

Implementation of operational changes to prevent issues from occurring

Facility upkeep and maintenance

Implementation and management of cost controls

Training and education of employees assigned to your location(s)

Conduct monthly staff meetings to convey new policies, procedures, and relevant changes

Collaborate with fellow Site Managers on ways to improve patient flow, efficiency, and customer service

Maintenance of adequate inventory levels to support patient services

Ensuring excellence at your locations – clinically and customer service

Maintain a positive work environment

Participate with Performance Improvement initiatives

Any other duties as directed by Management

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner credentials required.

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a diverse staff

Have experience running a medical practice

Strong computer skills

Experience mentoring and leading a staff during a period of organizational change

Outstanding customer service skills and standards

Proficiency in designing and redesigning workflows

The ability to look at situations logically and analytically

Excellent communication skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Ability to work independently and be a team player, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done

Experience in occupational health and/or primary care (not required, but a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (not required)

Current RN License granted by the New York State Department of Education preferred

Current BLS or ACLS certification, either by American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred

Current Infection Control Certificate preferred

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program preferred
