Position Summary

Prose seeks an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to our Paid Social Director. You'll lead our day-to-day paid social advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role will be particularly focused on Meta Ads Manager purchase-optimized campaigns.

This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. Candidates based in the New York City area can expect a base salary that ranges from $95,000 to $110,000. The base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Hands on keyboard experience in Meta business suite building out and managing purchase optimized campaigns is required

In this role you will be required to craft, build, manage and optimize campaigns. You will be designing A/B tests, partnering with internal teams to build creative briefs, and managing external partnership to grow the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, evolve, and implement our overall paid social media strategy and audience growth plan.

  • Own paid social analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of paid social campaigns, interpreting data to optimize strategies and enhance performance.

  • Identify trends and create data-driven recommendations for improving Prose’s Performance Marketing tactics.

  • Collaborate with our brand and data team to uncover audience insights that can be used to drive ideas.

  • Contribute day to day in the creation and management of ad and influencer content for all our channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.

  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to craft compelling ad content and optimize using Meta Ads Manager's tools to enhance performance metrics.

  • Manage Prose’s relationships with multiple performance marketing, influencer and creative agencies with a focus on driving acquisition results and efficiency.

  • Lead the evaluation of existing and new platforms and thinking ahead on where and how we should test.

  • Devise and execute an A/B testing strategy across the conversion funnel from Landing Pages, consultation completion and cart checkout.

  • Utilize audience segmentation features for precise targeting and messaging.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in Meta ads, Paid Social, or Digital Marketing, ideally within DTC, subscription, or media agency settings.

  • Expert in Meta Ads Manager is a requirement, experience in TikTok, Pinterest and new social platforms a plus.

  • Deep understanding of social/influencer strategy, content creation protocols and best practices for Meta and TikTok.

  • Substantial experience running, and creating content for, social media channels for a recognized brand (preferably a subscription DTC).

  • Demonstrate meaningful experience with social media analytics tools; facility in generating weekly and monthly reports, and with interpreting data.

  • Familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics and Looker.

  • Experience with influencer marketing, whitelisting, and spark ads

  • Certifications in Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Analytics are a plus

  • Demonstrated understanding of audience building/targeting techniques

  • Ability to craft compelling ad content that resonates with consumers.

  • A genuine interest in staying on top of the trends and topics that matter.

  • Attentive to detail with high standards of quality while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.

  • Adaptable to different working styles, mindsets, and personalities, showcasing a willingness to collaborate.
