We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all machinery and equipment within our bakery facility. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

  • Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.

  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:
