Position Summary

As Associate of Influencer Marketing, you are responsible for supporting Prose’s annual influencer program and helping scale overall efforts. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and will report into the Influencer Marketing Manager.

This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. Candidates based in the New York City area can expect a base salary that ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. The base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Strategy Development and Execution

  • Assist Senior Manager with developing campaign strategies

  • Identify, vet and analyze influencer partners based on project / campaign needs, both organic and paid

  • Liaise with Growth team and support customer acquisition, sales and brand growth of Prose’s influencer marketing channels

Lead Content Management and Sourcing

  • Source and contract influencers monthly to support whitelisting program

  • Manage development of content briefs and conduct kick-off calls / meetings with influencers

  • Facilitate content review process in a timely manner, ensuring cross-functional input and enable whitelisting set up

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with Brand/Creative Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to ensure campaigns stay on track and deadlines and KPIs are met

  • Liaise with Content & Social to understand and identify cross-functional content needs and objectives

Influencer Relationship Building

  • Oversee internal micro community that supports Organic and Paid

  • Proactively source and discover, new and diverse talent & build new relationships

  • Execute end to end process to get influencer up and running, in a timely manner

  • Manage communication and build strong relationships with direct influencer partners

  • Develop on-boarding program offering product education, brand insight and communication structure

  • Work with Senior Manager to execute community retention tactics

  • Assist Senior Manager in the execution of all Branded events

Oversee Sample Distribution

  • Liaise with seeding partner + operations to oversee sample distribution needs and ensure product is being delivered in a timely manner

  • Ensure sample distribution tracker is updated daily

  • Oversee influencer affiliate in partnership with Impact and ensure influencers are properly onboarded and compensated

Reporting & Research

  • Analyze and report on performance metrics on a monthly basis

  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends, FTC guidelines and competitor strategy

Key Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience executing organic + growth led influencer activations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

  • Experience working at a start-up, DTC, or haircare/skincare company is a plus

  • In depth knowledge of managing performance-led influencer marketing programming e.g. whitelisting programs, etc.

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Tribe Dynamics & Meta Business Account is a plus

  • Knowledgeable about all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)

  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices to drive awareness to the brand

  • Strong organizational skills & detail-oriented

  • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools

  • Ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships

  • Must have very strong organizational and communication skills
