Responsibilities: - Train, supervise and support a staff of three employees in their daily responsibilities. - Facilitate staff meetings to discuss program business and keep staff aware of company policies and initiatives. - Prepare quarterly reports regarding program performance of planned goals. - Devise and implement strategies to achieve quarterly planned goals. - Evaluate staff performance periodically and provide support and training for staff when needed. - Identify potential employers with a focus on developing employment opportunities for program participants. - Maintain program placement quota of 23 participants placed into employment on a quarterly basis with an emphasis on retention of employment. - Provide Case Management support to help participants eliminate barriers that can hinder employment and retention. - Coordinate community related events/activities; Career & Resources Fairs and mass hiring events.

Qualifications: - High school Diploma with six years of experience in workforce development or human services. - Associate Degree with five years of experience in workforce development or human services. - Bachelor degree with four years of experience in workforce development or human services. - Master degree with three years of experience in workforce development or human services. - Experience with today's veterans services and issues. - Experience with veteran benefits counseling preferred.
