The Department of Athletics and Recreation is searching for highly motivated, Group Exercise Instructors. We are looking for enthusiastic instructors who are willing to teach individual group fitness formats and have morning and evening availability.

We are seeking fitness professionals who have previous teaching experience and who have a passion for making fitness fun. There is a need for instructors who have experience in any and all of the following genres - Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Spin/Cycle.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics for Recreation and Facilities, The Athletics and Recreation Department is committed to providing a wide range of activities and services that assist Pratt students of various backgrounds and abilities in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

On a typical day you will be required to:

  • Foster a welcoming class environment for all students and deliver group exercise classes that are motivating and entertaining.

  • Ability to teach a variety of group fitness formats as well as instruct all fitness levels.

  • Positively promoting classes and creating marketing tools for classes.
