FP&A Leaders! One of my clients, a global leader in Consumer Packaged Goods is looking for a Director of FP&A to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. This role reports to the CFO and will drive strategic planning processes and initiatives across the business. The schedule is 2 days in office. Key requirements: - 10+ years in FP&A with management experience. - Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Responsibilities
Ensure that monthly and quarterly reporting is timely, relevant, and accurate.
Lead the preparation of the annual plan and the monthly & quarterly forecasts.
Provide decision support and timely financial analysis to guide strategic business initiatives.
Identify areas of opportunities and risks for the business.
Recommend and implement financial systems and tools, reporting mechanisms, business modeling and financial planning processes that will effectively scale the company's growth.
Lead strategic business decisions through ad-hoc financial analysis and make recommendations to achieve strategic goals.
Support Corporate Development with financial analysis and due diligence for acquisition and licensing targets.
Continuously look to improve business processes related to financials and cost management.
Produce financial reporting utilizing operating performance measures and metrics to analyze business performance.
Evaluate and monitor capital project financial expenditures.
Identify, implement and track key KPIs to manage business performance.
