JPMorgan Chase Compliance Risk Management Lead - Vice President in Brooklyn, New York

We are seeking a Compliance Risk Management Vice President to join the Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy team to support our KYC Transformation and Customer Escalation programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Global Financial Crimes Compliance is seeking a Project Manager who will support our strategic priorities, business transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives involving the Firm's KYC and Customer Escalation programs. The position provides you the ability to form strong partnerships with key KYC stakeholders including the Lines of Business (LOBs), global/regional Compliance teams, Operational Risk and other Control functions by leading/overseeing transformation initiatives. This is a role requiring a curious and an analytical mind-set with the drive to learn in a fast-changing environment and capable of quickly adapting to new assignments. You will focus will be on improving end-to-end processes and tools that will drive a continuous improvement culture . Additionally, you'll assist in the overall coordination and management of the program, including status, scorecards, and other key project management functions.

  • Manage multiple fast-paced, cross-functional strategic priorities that have significant regional and global impact

  • Coordinate across transformation, technology, policy, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes

  • Lead working groups/initiatives to concrete actionable deliverables, identify and escalate issues/risks, and achieve agreement on scope and delivery milestones

  • Produce project scorecards to inform management and stakeholders on project status

  • Package and present data and insights in an executive and visualized format

  • Identify and address efficiency opportunities to continuously improve the business

  • Process mapping, process design, procedure authoring

  • Develop relationships and act as a key contact across the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant or other related experience

  • Demonstrate the ability to partner with stakeholders on projects

  • End-to-end project management experience, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management

  • Possess excellent written and oral executive-level communications skills

  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity to ensure successful and timely execution

  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex processes

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work

  • Detail-oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product

  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
