JPMorgan Chase CIB Capital Stress Testing Program Management in Brooklyn, New York

The Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Treasury Stress Testing group is responsible for the Balance Sheet, Net Interest Income (NII), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) projections in CIB's Quarterly Risk Appetite and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) exercises. Team members in this space are relentlessly curious and focus on creating well-controlled analytical environments. Team members have high exposure to senior management and are subject matter experts on the Balance Sheet, NII and FTP projections for one of the world's pre-eminent financial institutions.

CIB Treasury Stress Testing is searching for a program manager to guide the organization through a complex and changing regulatory environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be a source of guidance for CIB Treasury members, focusing on:

  • Key deadlines around risk appetite and CCAR

  • Governance for overlays, CCAR Methodology Narratives and more

  • The primary point of contact for outside inquiries

  • Responsible for BAU controls and execution, e.g. managing and supporting the quarterly review processes and managing the inventory of stress testing related user tools, estimations, etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • 4+ years supporting a large financial services organization

  • Ability to work with partners outside of the immediate team is a must

  • Strong ability to balance stakeholder expectations with the team's backlog of deliverables

  • Comfortable working autonomously in an unstructured environment

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Capability to work in an environment with tight timelines

  • Good organizational skills & planning ability

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to be able to work closely across different stakeholders

  • Results orientated without compromising control

  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Ability to simultaneously and efficiently handle multiple tasks

  • Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment

  • Actively listens and assimilates broad ranging information

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Previous experience supporting regulatory exercises preferred
