Here is what you will be doing each day: In this role, you will manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. You will prospect for new group business, respond to inquiries and requests for proposals, plan for and execute predetermined number of sales trips in feeder cities and attend industry events. You have to establish a strong partnership with regional representation companies, research client room nights histories for previous meetings and manage the room block from the time of the booking until the meeting begins. You will do presentations in local of feeder cities. Maintain client files and update as needed. Does this sound like you?
