JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift Location: Brookfield, WI Job Id: 222 # of Openings: 1 Summary of Position Perform a wide variety of duties to diagnose, repair and calibrate CNC machines and equipment to include all mechanical, electrical and electronic components and controls Principal Responsibilities Perform work safely and in compliance with company policies. Install mechanical equipment. Install electrical equipment. Maintain mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot mechatronic systems. Operate machine shop tools and machines. Weld and fabricate parts. Maintain automation systems. Modify devices and systems. Maintain documents and records. Education High School diploma or GED Skills/experience Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, shop routings and specific engineering notes related to unique customer specifications. Have basic math and trigonometry skills. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge and repair abilities. Certifications in OSHA programs and practices preferred. Physical Requirements/Working Condition While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; use hand to handle, or feel objects, tool or controls; and reach with hands and arms.The employee frequently is required to walk.The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear and smell.The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
