JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: CNC Supervisor - 3rd Shift Location: Brookfield, WI Job Id: 264 # of Openings: 1 CNC Supervisor Location: Milwaukee, WI, 53204 Job Description: The CNC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming, machine set-up, and troubleshooting. The CNC Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities: Supervise and train CNC operators Ensure that machines are set up and programmed correctly Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary Perform quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues Maintain a safe and clean work environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machine set-up Experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Apply for this Position Equal Opportunity Employer.
