Under the direction of and reporting to Director of Product Service, the Assistant Program Manager’s primary duty is to plan, grow and manage Service Programs while upholding Milwaukee's superior quality & experience reputation. This requires taking a hands-on approach solving complex issues, cross-functional leadership and communicating timely updates while maintaining a cooperative relationship with internal and external customers.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage Current Service Program offerings by measuring, tracking, and driving KPIs.

  • Represent & communicate key initiatives, commercialization & Service Program updates Internal and external Stakeholders.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of market information for Program catalog, exclusion list, pricing lists & Service Strategies.

  • Lead Research & Collaboration with groups like Product, Channel, Sales for new Service Programs offerings across Milwaukee Tool product portfolio.

  • Participate in key customer presentations, visits & interviews to further promote Service Program Offerings.

  • Act as the internal and external focal point for the resolution of Service Program issues - own your Programs.

  • Champion and lead various departmental improvement initiatives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related area.

  • 1-4 years’ experience in Program management, marketing or Operations

  • Position requires accomplished analytic, written, verbal and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated track record of achievements in positions or increasing responsibilities, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Internet usage is required.

  • Experience within service / repair industry is preferred.
