Saint Dominic's Family Services Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment in Bronx, New York

Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment Services are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need and to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child’s treatment plan. Activities provided under CPST are intended to assist the child/youth and family/caregivers to achieve stability and functional improvement in daily living, personal recovery and/or resilience, family and interpersonal relationships in school and community integration. CPST can also be provided in coordination with clinical treatment services, to address identified rehabilitative needs within a comprehensive treatment plan. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services required 3 years experience working with children/adolescents in a school program, foster care or children's mental health program
