Responsibilities:

Roles we regularly hire for at the City of Tulsa may include:

  • Customer Care- Providing exceptional customer service via phones to citizens of Tulsa in the customer care department.

  • Office Administration- Performing general office tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, phones, and scheduling.

  • Municipal Court Clerk- Assisting with court proceedings and maintaining accurate records.

  • Bailiff- Ensuring the safety and security of courtrooms and related areas as a bailiff.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
