Brockton Hospital Physician Assistant - Emergency Department in Brockton, Massachusetts

Signature Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our high volume University-affiliated community teaching hospital. Our Emergency Department is one of the largest and busiest in Massachusetts, treating more than 60,000 patients per year!

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program

  • Minimum of one year emergency medicine experience required.

  • Must maintain current certification in basic cardiac life support, advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support.

  • Certification in advanced trauma life support preferred

    Signature Healthcare consists of Brockton Hospital and the Signature Medical Group, which is composed of 150 Physicians and other direct care providers. The Hospital has 217-licensed beds. Founded as Brockton Hospital in 1896, the Hospital is the oldest and largest inpatient facility in its service area. We are a community-based non-profit teaching hospital, providing a full range of clinical services. We maintain a major teaching affiliation with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and are fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. In addition to providing medical/surgical, pediatric and obstetric services, the hospital offers inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, radiation oncology, cardiac catheterization, Level II nursery, and magnetic resonance imaging.
