Position Overview

As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Retail Credit Data Management organization, you will be based in based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Wilmington DE, Tysons Corner VA, Charlotte NC, New York NY, Houston TX, or Dallas TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Position will be leading a team that delivers innovative tools to accelerate implementation and production execution of the Retail data processes. Additionally, the position will be a single point of contact for all of Retail to the Hadoop Technology team to ensure we have the hardware resources necessary to perform our day-to-day work.

A successful candidate, will have experience with:

• open-source software such as python, pandas and numby.

• Worked on big data platforms such as Hadoop.

• Experience with delivering products end-to-end from requirement gathering, implementation, testing, documentation and deployment.

  • Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.

  • Identifying, sizing, planning and prioritizing opportunities for processes or performance management through analytics.

  • Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects to define necessary resources.

  • Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.

  • Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Base Salary: $66,000- $179,400

Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Incentive: Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
