Description
We are in search of a Credit Administrator to join our clients team, located in Broadview Heights, Ohio. As a Credit Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing larger risk projects. You will work extensively on implementing processes, policies, and procedures, customer management, reporting and analytics for senior management, and lien and lien releases.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage larger risk projects, ensuring the company's security and stability.
• Implement and maintain processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
• Manage customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer relations.
• Develop and present reports and analytics for senior management, providing insights into credit operations.
• Handle lien and lien releases, ensuring the company's legal and financial standing.
• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Resolve outstanding issues and balances, ensuring customer satisfaction and account accuracy.
• Implement strategies for collection processes, maintaining the company's financial health.
• Utilize communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior management.
• Perform credit analysis and approve credit based on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Credit and Collection Processes to ensure effective management of outstanding payments and debts.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and convey necessary information effectively.
• Experience in Credit Approvals, demonstrating ability to assess creditworthiness and make informed decisions.
• Expertise in Credit Analysis, including evaluation of financial data, assessment of credit history, and determination of risk associated with granting loans.
