An internship at Zebra Technologies provides a current university student with the opportunity to receive work experience. This is the position of Process Analyst within the supply chain sustainability team. Responsibilities include process documentation, optimization, filing, archiving, work with cross functional team. This position is not considered as technical. Management will provide the guidelines of all activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create process documentation, knowledge articles and self-service guidance

  • Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and finding ways to streamline and improve them

  • Creating process models, such as process maps and flowcharts, to illustrate the flow of activities, inputs, and outputs of the process

  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

  • Work with the cross functional team to update the existing documents, processes, policies

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Proven skills in using Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in process documentation and analysis

  • Ability to conduct research across multiple teams.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of English
