The role of the Sales Operations Analyst will be to deliver timely and accurate data to management that

will help to make sound, fact-based decisions. The primary responsibilities of the role are to build custom

reports as requested for the assigned functional area. Works with sales to gather report requirements and

deliver desired information. The role entails identifying strategic and tactical initiatives within the sales

operations department in order to maximize revenue opportunities. The Analyst will help drive

the methodology, systems, and processes that enable growth among the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team

  • Data collection and maintenance

  • Provide requested reports, make updates and provide recommendations when necessary

  • Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work

  • Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness

  • Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for sales and performance metrics, revenue, renewal rates, etc.

  • Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support sales force

  • Provide extensive and detailed data analysis of revenue trends/variances to goals and communicate to sales operations managers

  • Ad-hoc data analysis upon request

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of applicable work experience; previous working experience as business operation or sales admin preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Multiple working capability with positive working attitude

  • Serious and responsible work, fast learning ability

  • Good communication with internal sales
