Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict compliance with legislation, maintaining a flawless record of adherence to all legal requirements.

  • Align HR processes with business/site strategic and operating goals to drive exceptional results.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers, providing expert guidance and support.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR processes and programs to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to successfully implement regional organizational structures and processes.

  • Communicate and implement corporate HR systems, programs, and strategies.

  • Foster employee, management, and team development through coaching and mentoring.

  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and appraisals.

  • Collaborate with the compensation team to offer guidance to managers regarding compensation matters.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful staffing and new employee integration.

  • Proactively seek client feedback to continuously improve HR services and identify potential issues or projects.

  • Drive and support cultural and organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and promote planned growth.

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to implement and carry out extensive HR initiatives and programs.

  • Provide HR support and coaching to leaders on policies, processes, and career development.

  • Counsel and coach leaders, managers, and employees on employee relations issues and investigations.

  • Support other HR teams with various initiatives and annual processes.

  • Contribute to the broader regional HR team and participate in HR projects and initiatives.

  • Partner with site, HR, and Business leaders to guide country/site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement.

Requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Ideally, 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience.

  • Prior experience partnering with global organizations, preferably in a fast-paced and high-tech global environment.

  • Proficiency in cultivating and fostering strong working relationships within HR and throughout the organization.

  • Experience challenging and influencing senior management.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle conflicting priorities.

  • Demonstrated evidence of influencing and coaching skills.

  • Experience advising on complicated Employee Relations issues and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.

  • Fluent in English and Czech, both verbal and written.
