This Business Analyst II plays a crucial role in ensuring that the team provides accurate, timely, and meaningful repair information globally. The team manages a diverse portfolio, including automated reports, manual reports, and other dashboards using BI solutions. Our team supports several internal teams and our external customers as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of complex BI solutions for external/internal customers

  • Development of advanced performance indicators based on special requests

  • Creation of internal self-service solutions

  • Maintenance and creation of the automated reports

  • Data presentation in a visually compelling format to help business partners understand the issues, possibilities, and recommendations.

  • Maintaining data governance processes and data quality in assigned area of responsibility by escalating any identified issue and actively co-working on the issue resolution.

  • Cooperate with other teams to collect relevant business information.

  • Work on assigned projects and their successful resolution, including communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in analytical role

  • Microsoft Power Platform - intermediate level (Power BI, Power Apps)

  • Microsoft Excel – advanced level

  • SQL – intermediate knowledge of the language and ability to write commands

  • Presentation skills - intermediate level

  • Language – English (B2 level)

  • Ability to organize work effectively to meet the required deadlines, perform validation of the completed work to ensure continuous quality
