The Toro Company Service Advisor - Toro in Brisbane, Australia

Are you looking to move away from hands-on work and focus on managing workflows? Do you excel in customer service?

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Equipment team as a Service Advisor. You'll report to the Service Manager and handle service requests from our customers. Your duties include taking calls, managing parts and work orders, providing low-level technical assistance, and gathering customer feedback. This role is ideal for a customer driven person looking to kick start their automotive career or a seasoned technician looking to step away from the tools.

What will you do?

  • Answer incoming calls across all Toro Service sites

  • Manage parts interpretation, quotes, and work orders for service requests

  • Keep customers updated on work order status

  • Collaborate with Service Managers to balance workload and pressure

  • Maintain customer and product data in ServiceMax

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

What do you need?

  • Knowledge and experience in dealing customers

  • Knowledge of Toro products and experience with their operating characteristic (desirable)

  • Experience in workload planning, parts interpretation, or mechanical work is a plus

  • Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers

  • Excellent customer service focus

  • Strong computer skills, including CRM management

  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift licence beneficial)

  • Toro technical background, SAP and ServiceMax skills will be highly regarded
