Our Dining Assistants/Servers help us provide the best culinary experience and an excellent customer experience for our residents. Help promote hospitality in your daily interactions with our elders, their families, and visitors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with preparing meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations

  • Assist with meal orders, serving in dining room or delivering trays to rooms

  • Assist with proper setting of dining room and tables

  • Assist with daily dishwashing/cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Team player dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team and our serve our elders. Leads by example.

  • Demonstrates our Mission, Vision, Values & Guiding Behaviors

MINIMUM QUALIFACTIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience working in assisted living or with the geriatric population preferred

  • Ability to use various food preparation tools and appliances

  • Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
