Title : Physical Therapist, Multiple Territories- Positions in All Offices

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and case management skills to coordinate client home care needs in collaboration with client, family, physician, other providers and pay sources towards outcomes promoting client independence and well-being.

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client’s age, condition, and needs.

  • Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current PT license in the State of Maine.

  • Current CPR card required.

  • 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred. Home health experience preferred.

  • A reliable car with insurance.
