Bausch Health Accounts Payable Supervisor in Bridgewater, New Jersey

We're seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our team supporting Bausch Health U.S. and Solta US and Canada business units. If you're a pro at enforcing internal controls while maximizing efficiency, this role is tailor-made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in processing AP transactions for multiple business units.

  • Inspire and guide a team to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.

  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and prioritize workload to meet ever-changing demands.

  • Mentor, develop, and train associates to reach their full potential.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

  • Establish and track metrics for team performance and process compliance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to procedures and internal controls within AP processes.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as needed.

Level of Authority: This role handles highly sensitive and confidential information.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years experience required

  • SAP S4 experienced required

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

  • Proven ability to proactively solve problems and take initiative.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Stellar business relations and networking abilities.

  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
