Description:

The Senior Product Manager, Institutional will be responsible for:• End-to-end P&L for assigned Oncology and alternative sites of care products which represent 75% of institutional revenue or assigned acute care products.• Manage pricing, positioning, marketing material development, budget setting, LE's and life cycle management for all products that fit into the Oncology and Alternative site of care segments.• Align with Sales Team to identify top market targets• Build and execute product and segment level strategies to grow the portfolio and make our revenue more durable• Work with supply chain and customer service to ensure that our inventory and customer ordering patterns match up• Assigned Product Portfolio and customer revenue reporting to track against fiscal year financial goals and objectives• P&L analysis, RFPs and other sales opportunities inclusive but not limited to product and cross-portfolio business opportunities

Essential Functions:

  • Marketing and Portfolio managementManage all required aspects of product launch with a deep understanding of internal and external systems to help build product launch materials and internal documents for respective sales and customer ops team.Build individual market strategies for each product and be responsible for the overall P&L. Support analytical platforms for sales and market reporting, while tracking and assessing sales performance, market intelligence and define potential opportunities with the assistance and guidance of the Sr. Director of Marketing.Customer level analytics to support cross functional initiatives with Brand Inst. and/or Retails teams for areas of growth.

  • Execution of assigned product P&Ls in support of pricing decisions and financials of the product/portfolio, customer strategies and RFP’s/Bids. As part of RFP process, this role will be responsible for review of all requirements that will support the successful execution of the RFP/Bid submission with respective P&L analysis, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely and accurate products and prices uploads in respective systems (e.g., such as JDE and BI SAP). Review direct and indirect contracts in respective systems routinely to ensure accuracy of product and pricing set-up.

  • Analyze post-launch state with financial modeling based on order of entry, market assessment and pricing analytics to support launch readiness. In addition, work with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and support customer targeting inclusive of customers, new contract opportunities and mitigating plans for crowded markets. Leverage market data to predict launch scenarios and anticipate opportunities and risks with launch plans for optimal revenues.

  • Effectively manage technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms), IQUIVA, and other marketing related data base platforms in collaboration with IT, vendors, and internal teams to support: • Successful product launches• Long term portfolio growth Cross-functional business opportunity(ies)

  • Partner with internal teams (Sales Team, Customer Relations, Supply Chain, Pricing and Sales Operations) to develop strategies that drives product/portfolio sales performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional support/collaboration with Marketing Operations and Brand Institutional Team.

  • Support Portfolio, Supply Chain, Pricing and QA for customer related injectable assessments.

  • Work closely with IT and Vendors supporting institutional business initiatives.
