Overview:

Media/Insights Manager is a role responsible for supporting Brand Manager in executing media plans. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of various media channels and will be responsible for the practical aspects of media campaign implementations, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and with high impact. Media/Insights Manager will also be the pivotal link between our Brand Management team and both internal and external stakeholders in the execution of media plans. Additionally, they will conduct market research and data analytics to empower the brands to make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Omni-channel lead in developing and implementing comprehensive media strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.

  • Conduct market research and data analytics to uncover strategic insights for the brands.

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of media plans across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, etc.

  • Liaise with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising and promotional activities.

  • Monitor creative performance and draw learnings.

  • Facilitate PRC review operations and coordinate legal, regulatory operations with the brand.

  • Monitor and optimize live campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance and reach.

  • Work with media agencies to track campaign progress and prepare performance analysis reports, offering recommendations to improve results.

  • Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and on-schedule delivery of assets.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all media touchpoints and adherence to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with at least one year in a Brand Marketing role.

  • Proficiency in media planning, buying, or execution, preferably within an agency.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with handling data to inform decisions.

  • Strong understanding of media metrics, buying methods, and channel execution.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in media planning software and tools, as well as MS Office or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative spirit.

Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.
