Manager Financial Systems & Consolidation

POSITION SUMMARY:

PVH Corp. is seeking a Manager of Financial Systems for the Corporate Financial Systems team. With a focus on Financial Systems, this role will lead multiple business solutions, Oracle Cloud Financial systems, such as FCCS and Essbase, as well as SAP Financial systems, Group Reporting and SAP Analytics cloud. The position will interact with Global FP&A and Accounting teams to support the use of all financial systems. The ideal candidate will be leading the team to deliver valuable business support, while reviewing current systems for improvements in technology and process. The manager will need to communicate effectively for all process updates, key deliverables, and timelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Problem solves issues reported by business teams via detailed analysis and resolution.

  • Supports the business teams in their understanding of the systems and capabilities.

  • Manage the day-to-day technical administration of Oracle and SAP Financial Systems.

  • Managing all functions as they relate to supporting the monthly close, forecasting and budgeting.

  • Support administrative actions of Oracle Cloud systems and SAP cloud systems.

  • Monitor system functions and perform corrections when needed.

  • With an understanding of system capabilities will own documenting business requirements and conducting system validation and testing

  • Collaborates and translates business requirements into technical, system capability requests to improve and expand existing and future financial systems.

  • Partners with core project teams to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements.

  • Ensures compliance with all corporate polices and procedures, including SOX requirements.

  • Oversees and manages metadata in all Corporate Financial systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 8-10 years relevant experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:

  • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrates proficiency in performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of collaboration across multiple departments.

  • Experience with supporting business users in a high-speed environment.

  • Background in Accounting or Finance preferred, with experience in the design and implementation and administration of financial systems and applications.

  • Experience with creating and maintaining system documentation and audit reviews.

  • Ability to develop new processes and drive improvements for various finance departments.

  • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to ensure adherence to strict deadlines.

  • SAP & Oracle Cloud EPM

  • Highly proficient in Excel
